Here is a collection of spontaneous shots during my travels and daily adventures.

My love for photography started from this photoessay assignment as part of a visual production module in polytechnic. The process made me realised that photography is more than just pretty shots but rather, the real beauty of it lies in understanding the subject on a deeper and personal level. Photography is an avenue for these stories to be shared and remembered.

In this photo essay, we were tasked to capture a subject on his job and I decided to feature a shoe cobbler while wandering the streets of Chinatown. This uncle made me appreciate this humble trade more after spending a couple of hours with him. The reason why he enjoys his job is the people from all walks of life that he get to have conversations with, and I resonate with that.
